Introductory Session ($20)
This 90 minute group presentation is designed to give you a basic understanding of the Creighton Model FertilityCare System so that you can decide as a couple if you would like to begin charting.
Introductory Sessions are offered once a month, and are limited to 4 couples per session. Register now to save your place.
All new clients must attend this session prior to beginning charting.
Start Up Materials ($20)
When you decide to begin charting you will need to purchase Start Up Materials. You can do this when you book your first follow up session. The Start Up Materials include an Introductory Manual, 6 months of charts and stamps, as well as any additional documents needed to complete within the first year of charting. This package is mailed out after you attend the Introductory Session.
Follow Up Appointment ($50)
Follow Up Appointments are one on one meetings with your practitioner to review your cycle charting, and health information. Meeting with your practitioner gives you the guidance for successful, confident assessments of your reproductive health.
Follow Up Appointments are scheduled on a regular basis within the first year of learning; usually 8 appointments in the first year, unless additional chart management is needed. The first 4 appointments always take place within the first 2 months of charting.

Chart Correction
Chart Corrections are offered free of charge for all clients who are attending regular follow up appointments. An informal phone call or email will suffice to verify charting or to ensure adequate preparation for medical appointments. Chart corrections must be booked privately with your practitioner.
Replacement Charts/Stamps ($10)
Replacement Charts and Stamps are available through your FertilityCare Practitioner when you are attending regular follow up appointments. The replacement charts and stamps provide 6 month supply of charting.
*If you have not attended a follow up appointment within the last year you are required to book the follow up appointment prior to receiving new supplies.
Packages and Discounts
Sacred Heart FertilityCare offers two package discounts for clients interested in bundling their products and sessions.
1) NaPro Technology Medical Package ($270): This package includes an introductory booklet, 6 months of charting materials, 5 Follow Up Appointments and referral forms for NaPro Technology medical services.
2) Creighton Model Introductory Package ($430): This package includes an introductory booklet, one year of charting materials, 8 Follow Up Appointments and referral forms for NaPro Technology medical services if needed.
Client Picture Dictionary ($50)
All Clients that are taught via long distance are required to purchase the Client Picture Dictionary to effectively use the Creighton Model FertilityCare System. Your practitioner will discuss this with you when needed.
Pregnancy Evaluation
Pregnancy Evaluations are provided free of charge and are scheduled as soon as a couple finds out that they are pregnant. The evaluation serves as best practice for the Creighton Model FertilityCare System as well as ensuring optimal pre-natal care for mothers and their babies. Pregnancy Evaluations take approximately 1.5hrs to complete.
